If you purchased the shake sensor with your awning, the vibration sensor is already encoded.

The Somfy Eolis 3D shake sensor is a vibration sensor that automatically retracts the awning to safety when a strong wind starts blowing. Somfy Eolis 3D is hidden behind the front boom of the awning. The sensitivity can be adjusted with your remote control. The sensor is set at the factory, but you adjust it as you wish.
Wind detection in 3 dimensions. Effectively measures the wind's impact on the awning, detecting horizontal, vertical and lateral oscillations. This means that if the awning moves too much, the awning will automatically retract to safety.
