Sun 1000 roller shutters
Sun 1000 roller shutter, Alulux Type CD 139, is a good and compact closure and shielding made of foamed aluminum slats. This roller shutter is suitable for small openings, primarily doors and windows, and other areas where an effective solar shading and energy-friendly building envelope is required to reduce heat loss or maintain a temperate temperature.

Roller shutter slats are made of foamed aluminum slats in
size 37 x 8.5 mm with a maximum area of 7 m2.

Width: 2500 mm x Height: 2800 mm
Available with fixed brackets
Max. dimensions for widths up to 3000 mm
Width: 3000 mm x Height: 2350 mm.
Available with fixed brackets.
For larger widths, from 3000 mm up to 4000 mm, we recommend a slightly thicker slat (Type Alulux CD 942), which like Alulux CD139 is made of foamed aluminum slats, but in size 42 x 9 mm with a maximum area of 8.5 m2.

The U-value (heat transfer coefficient) measures the insulating properties of windows. The lower the value, the less heat escapes to the outside. Front-mounted roller shutters can improve a U-value of 3, which older windows tend to have, by up to 45%. For larger widths from 3000 mm up to 4000 mm, we recommend a slightly stronger slat (Type Alulux CD 942) which, like Alulux CD139, is made of foamed aluminum slats, but in size 42 x 9 mm with a maximum area of 8.5 m2. -
Standard is the single guide rail H25 or HU25 which is a double guide rail designed for coupling systems. Both are made of extruded aluminum profiles. If a wider guide rail is required, use H40.
Approved according to EN 12208 in the highest class 9A against heavy rain.

Two types in aluminum.
Type Varimaxx is an angular cover box in two versions, 45 degrees and 90 degrees.
Type Formado is a curved cover box.

The blind is self-locking in the lowered position with fixed brackets, manual locking is required with roller bearing brackets.

Standard is a built-in 230V tube motor.

Standard control with rocker switch or key switch without impulse signal. With impulse signal, the product must always be equipped with a safety package.
Remote control, connection to ABA systems, CTS systems, etc. can be added at an additional cost.
