SafeRoller is a good, compact and elegant mechanical roller lock that takes up very little space when rolled up and is therefore easy to integrate into smaller openings such as offices, stalls, receptions, cafés, shops, etc.
SafeRoller is available both as a closed Roller Shutter or as a Rolling Grille with perforations if visibility, light and airflow is required.

Great security that integrates anywhere
SafeRoller is a patented design solution with great flexibility and can be easily integrated into existing buildings. SafeRoller is also ideal for new construction, where you can hide SafeRoller in the ceiling and integrate the side rails by the windows.
Safety and security is the main theme, but SafeRoller also works as an interior sunshade or blackout. SafeRoller's perforated mesh mat allows air to pass through but keeps thieves and insects out.
You can therefore safely leave the window or door open when the SafeRoller is down. For additional sun protection, a motorized roller blind can be integrated. These are available in a myriad of colors and patterns to match any style.

Alux was tasked with creating an elegant solution for enclosing the reception and bar, which both fits in with the rest of the interior design, but can also be installed in limited space due to overhead beams. Compact fuse approved according to new standard EN1627-30 RC2
SafeRoller can be delivered according to the new standard EN1627-30 RC2, which is equivalent to F&P sikringsniveau 30. At RC2, the SafeRoller is made with a heavy-duty and reinforced construction that can withstand hydraulic push/pull of 300 kg, a rare achievement for such a compact fuse. Available in RC2 up to 1500 mm in width.

With perforations in SafeRoller, the sun is gently shielded and fresh air can freely flow in without worrying about intruders - thieves and insects alike. This creates a safe workplace with a good indoor climate, both day and night.

Heavy-duty and reinforced construction approved to withstand hydraulic pressure/pull of 300 kg.
The grille and louvre mat are made of 30 mm extruded aluminum profiles. The profiles of the grille have Ø3 holes, which gives a perforation rate of 21.9%.

Extruded aluminum profiles with PVC noise reduction inserts. Dimensions: 52 x 27 mm.

The grid mat, guide rails and other aluminum parts are standard with a RAL painted surface in white, RAL 9010.
All parts can be powder coated in any RAL color at an additional cost.

Rollers are made of Ø 50 mm extruded aluminum profile. Brackets are made of steel with a white lacquered surface for internal mounting and a galvanized surface for external mounting.

Standard is with a built-in 230V tube motor or as manual operation with a spring roller built into the roller tube.

- Functional testing of engine, steering and safety equipment.

Operation and maintenance should be performed min. once a year for products without automation. For products with automation (impulse signal), annual inspections are required by law and must be performed by a certified service company.

We recommend purchasing a tailored service agreement to ensure that operation and maintenance is carried out. This reduces the risk of downtime and extends the lifetime of the product.
