What does a service agreement include?
We always customize the service agreement to your specific needs based on quantity, product, location, usage pattern, etc. However, we have created some service packages to give you an idea of what your service agreement may include.
Options and separate services
Quick service check
Extended control that allows access to service from the outside without having to enter the building. Faster and efficient service for you without disruption inside the building.
Quick service conversion
All newer Alux systems from 2019 are prepared for quick service. Older solutions without quick service can be easily retrofitted.
Extra service and inspection
All service visits are always coordinated in collaboration with you. If extra service visits are needed, they can always be added as an option.
UPS control
UPS check (emergency power battery) is checked together with the regular service. Can also be ordered as a separate service.
UPS check and battery change
We will replace the batteries on inspection if they need to be changed at no extra cost.
