At Alux, you have several options. If a problem arises with a Rolling Grille or an awning, we will work with you to make an agreement for repair.

In most cases, we can respond to urgent issues and resolve them the same day or within a few hours. Non-urgent issues are resolved by appointment, so the repair can take place when it suits you best.

You can also choose to take out a service agreement so that service is carried out at regular intervals and you can quickly get help around the clock when needed. A service agreement can include different points depending on your needs, and it can be financially beneficial to take out a service agreement, for example, for a Rolling Grille in a store where it is important that the grille works every day in order for the store to open. Regular servicing of such solutions can save you from expensive repairs later on.
