Better energy performance and indoor climate with control & automation
Larger solar shading projects with facade blinds, Pivot arm awnings, screens etc. are usually motorized and controlled by a quiet 230V motor.
To achieve good energy performance and indoor climate, motorized solutions are therefore often supplemented with solar and wind automation. This automation can be integrated with intelligent building controls such as CTS, ABA or similar systems for optimal performance. Communication via KNX or BAC networks is possible for all Alux solar shading systems.

The two halls form the frame and are the architectural center of Copenhagen's Torvehaller. Inside the halls, 20 large steel and glass parasol-like stands have been built. These stands are opened and closed every day with Alux SafeRoller.
The guide rails in the corners are removable and can be removed during opening hours if desired. This makes the security almost invisible and adds to the lightness of the appearance. All SafeRollers are motorized and are operated by a key switch at the posts.

The housing association on Valdemarsgade in central Aarhus has taken delivery of more than 20 Sun 3000 Type IN articulated awnings equipped with motor, control and automation from Elero.
Complete façade blind solution for DLG headquarters - Office Building of the Year 2021
Alux has delivered more than 2000 sqm of exterior facade blinds of type Z90, which is wind stable in wind class 6 up to 24.4 m/sec.
The facade blinds are delivered with an automatic sun height function, so that the angle of the blinds can be adjusted exactly according to the season, thus achieving the optimal sun protection.
