The Sun 1000 Fortino is a wind-resistant parasol in smaller sizes. This parasol can be supplied with a sunshade base or downpipe. Suitable for covering street goods or smaller terraces with strong winds. The Sun 1000 Fortino is resistant to wind speeds of up to 22.2 m/s when the sunshade is cast in place.

A small parasol with great wind stability
The Sun 1000 is a small but sturdy parasol designed with wind-resistant fabrics and a two-piece opening principle that ensures easy operation: simply pull the tensioning handle downwards and attach the parasol.
The sunshade is also characterized by being highly wind resistant, making it ideal for exposed coastal areas. Parasol The frame is made of natural anodized aluminum and the crown is made of high-quality fiberglass-reinforced plastic.
The Sun 1000 can optionally be attached with downpipes or to a concrete, steel or granite base.
Highest quality tablecloths
The fabric is of the highest quality with the latest technology. The fabric is water and dirt repellent. Glatz material class 4. (100% polyester approx. 250 g/m²)
Parasol The tablecloth bears the test label "UV protection > 98%": The percentage indicated on the label is derived from the UPF value and calculated on the basis of the data determined by the Swiss accredited testing laboratory SQTS.
In other words: 98 percent of the harmful UV rays are filtered out by the fabric and only 2 percent - i.e. two hundredths - of the UV protection > 98% penetrate it and reach the skin.
