Tiered Solutions for Optimal Functionality

The ground floor of the new headquarters is equipped with our SUN 4000 type VSZ ZIP screens. A total of 141 screens have been installed, effectively blocking the sun's rays and reducing heat gain while maintaining outward visibility. These screens are specifically designed to withstand wind and weather, making them a reliable solution for a building of this size and character.

The first floor is equipped with our SUN 400 type Z90 facade blinds. There are 312 façade blinds installed, providing flexibility in light control and privacy. The façade blinds can be precisely adjusted, allowing users to control the amount of incoming light while maintaining a comfortable indoor climate. The Z90 model is known for its durability and efficiency, making it an ideal choice for modern office buildings.

Special facade solutions

Some of the facades of the headquarters are equipped with Slat screens These louvres add an architectural finesse to the building and contribute to effective solar shading. The facade louvers not only provide a modern look, but also help reduce energy consumption by minimizing the need for air conditioning and artificial lighting.

Sustainability and Comfort

Our solar shading solutions are designed with sustainability in mind. By reducing the heat input from the sun, we reduce the need for cooling and thus create energy savings. At the same time, we ensure that employees have a comfortable working environment with natural light and visibility, which can improve well-being and productivity.
