Fully integrated Zip Screen tested to wind class 6

Zip sunscreens are already a very effective means of shading and at the same time a solution that takes up minimal space on a building's facade. That's why we're very proud to now offer a fully integrated solution to make the facade even more homogeneous.

With this new system, zip sunscreens can be fully integrated into all 50 mm aluminum facades. The double side guide is 50 mm wide and acts as both a side guide and a pressure profile for the façade system. This means there are no visible screws or visibly mounted side guides.

The cassette can be installed as a partially integrated solution or as a fully integrated solution. See the images above.

The screen system is tested according to the European standard for solar shading EN 13561:2015-01 for wind class, which corresponds to 25 meters/second. And this is in sizes up to 15 m2.

Traditionally, screens come with a fiberglass cloth with a 5% or 1% opening factor, but it is also possible to get a blackout solution with proven testing for ball game impacts.

Of course, all zip screens can be connected with various motor, automation and control solutions.
