Sun 2000 Awning is the classic awning design with a small front profile that is available with or without a valance. This awning type is a simple and open awning that comes in many sizes.

Sun 2000 Awning is ideal for canopies and sun protection where you want a classic and romantic awning look with an undulating frill.
Open and economical awning suitable for mounting on both walls and eaves
Sun 2000 Awning is good quality solar shading and roofing at a competitive price. It is suitable for shading and covering shops, balconies and private homes.
Sun 2000 is a support tube awning, which means that the awning can easily be mounted on a wall or overhang.

The Sun 2000 is designed for Danish weather and can handle wind speeds up to 10.6 m/s. The annual average wind speed in Denmark is measured at 3 coastal stations, Skagen Lighthouse, Hvide Sande and Gedser, and ranges from 7.0 to 7.8 m/s.

Sun 2000 is produced at our own factory in Silkeborg, Denmark. The awning is made of natural anodized aluminum as standard, but can be painted in any RAL color at an additional cost.
Highest quality materials
Sun 2000 is made from the highest quality materials. The awning fabric is made of 100% spun-dyed, impregnated and dirt-repellent acrylic that retains its color brilliance for many years. The fabrics are environmentally friendly impregnated, dirt-repellent and made with the latest technology from world-leading manufacturers. The awning's knee arms are made of aluminum and constructed with, among other things, double wire and high-tension springs to keep the fabric taut and the awning stable.

Acrylic fabric 300g/m2 - impregnated and dirt-repellent. The awnings are available with or without a tongue edge. These can be straight or wavy.
Operation and maintenance
- Functional testing of engine, steering and safety equipment
- Check suspension, fasteners and Fabric for damage.
- Tightening of moving parts.
- Clean guide rails and, if necessary, lubricate bearings and sliding brackets.
