In 2019, the AI Center in Vejle was built. The large building serves as 'an innovation playground for digitalization and artificial intelligence' and houses over 220 employees.

We delivered and installed 150 SUN 4000 VSZ screens and 500 meters of Slat screens on the building. In addition, we also installed the crown molding and the rolled pipes, which contribute to the aesthetic and distinctive look of the building.

Everything was delivered and installed in just under two months in the winter of 2020.

 A puzzle with many pieces

The larger puzzle with the many different elements excites our construction manager on the project, Ole Eeg:

''It has been a really interesting project. We have installed several different things, which made it a very exciting project to be a part of,' ' says Ole Eeg.

The combination of all these things contributed to the building's beautiful and eye-catching look:

''We have been able to create a complete product where everything is connected from the crown molding at the top to the rolled pipes at the bottom, which are integrated into the slat solution. We have also made the building attractive and functional with Slat screens, sun protection, etc.", says Ole Eeg.

 In addition to the aesthetic look, the solar shading also provides optimal daylight conditions and a comfortable indoor climate for the 220 employees who work in the building on a daily basis.

 The crowning glory

A special feature of the building is the rolled pipes; the arch that curves on both long sides of the building. The pipes give the building a complete, rustic and distinctive look that fits in perfectly with the area.

In addition, all slats are suspended at the bottom of the slats, which allows for planting on top of the building.

''The rolled pipes add the finishing touch to the spectacular appearance of the building. We are very pleased with the final result,' ' says Ole Eeg.
