Wind class 3 - 13.8 m/sec.

Select type

US 702 - Standard wall mount

Type US 702 ensures a quick installation with many adjustment options.

Brackets do not attach to building components, but the cassette does, which attaches to small wall brackets. The mounting style is used for all types of installation, as these brackets require slightly less space at the sides (48-95 mm).

US 701 - High side consoles

Type US 701 ensures service-friendly installation as the cassette is easily pushed into the brackets.

This mounting method is primarily used for wall mounting, as these brackets require some space at the sides (70-95 mm). Brackets are always used for larger awnings if there is only the possibility of fixing at the end points.

Maximum marquee width

5000 mm.

The awnings can be assembled in widths up to 10,000 mm.

Projection and installation height

1650 mm - installation height 660 mm.
1950 mm - installation height 860 mm.

The installation height is the distance from the top of the cassette to the bottom edge of the arm when the awning is extended.

Large protrusion for narrow windows

The Sun 5000 sliding arm awning has the advantage that the awning arms run up and down in side rails vertically along the wall, and do not fold into the cassette like most awning types. This allows you to have a larger projection than width, which is normally not possible.

The drop-arm awning you can walk under

Another advantage of sliding arms is that the arms are movable in the side rails and follow the inclination of the awning. When fully extended, the arms slide high in a horizontal 90° position, allowing you to move freely under the awning - without a very high wall height above the window.

Fabric

Acrylic fabric 300 g/m2 - CLEANGARD special treatment for awnings. Dirt, rot and water resistant.

UV protection level of UPF 25 - 39 corresponding to 96.0% - 97.4%.

Front profile

The unique front profile forms a fully enclosed cassette with other awning parts when the awning is retracted. This means that the fabric is well protected against the elements and therefore has a long lifespan. The profile can be fitted with a tongue edge if desired.

Sliding arms

The awning arms automatically slide upwards when extended. The clearance height under the awning (distance between the ground and the lower edge of the awning arm) is therefore very large.

Variable drop angle (from 0° to 90°), so you can decide how much sun you want to let in.

Installation with high side brackets - US 701

This ensures a quick and service-friendly installation, as the cassette is easily pushed into the brackets that are attached to the building component. This type of installation is primarily used for wall mounting, as these brackets require some space at the sides (70-95 mm). Brackets are always used for larger awnings if there is only the possibility of fixing at the end points.

Mounting with standard wall bracket - US 702

This ensures a quick installation with many adjustment options.

Brackets do not attach to building components, but the cassette does, which attaches to small wall brackets. The mounting style is used for all types of installation, as these brackets require slightly less space at the sides (48-95 mm).

Standard wall brackets are only used where attachment is possible along the entire length of the awning - except for small awnings.
