Fixed Grille Safe Pro RC4
Fixed Grille Safe Pro RC4 is a unique and very strong Fixed Grille made with double steel mesh, so the mesh size is 100 x 50 mm. Type 100/50 is a patented system and is the only fixed mesh system of this type that has been tested and approved according to the EN1627 RC4 standard.
Certified according to EN1627 RC4 - F&P sikringsniveau 60.

Double mesh and reinforced locking hardware
Double mesh in special quality 10 mm bar steel, welded at all joints and fitted with an appropriate number of locking bushings. The double mesh is reinforced with additional locking brackets to prevent pull-out from the side rails. In addition, free steel ends are fitted with end caps made of gray plastic and the top and bottom are finished with an aluminum decorative rail.

EN1627 is a demanding safety standard. Safe 4000 Fixed Grille is tested according to RC4 with a push/pull of 1000 kg.

Grating mats come standard with an electro-galvanized surface and with side profiles in natural anodized aluminium. Powder-coated finishes are available at an additional cost.

Grilles are installed with concealed screws in the cassette. For niche installation, the grilles are installed with auxiliary profiles, which can be made of aluminum profiles 50x50x4 mm.
Fixing/attachment must be carried out so that the grille complies with the pull-out requirement of min. 1000 kg. per side rail. For further information, see separate installation instructions for Fixed Grille Safe 4000 type 100/50 RC4.
