Fixed Grille Safe 2000
Safe 2000 is a simple and economical Fixed Grille made of steel. The grille is used where a simple security solution is required, where there is no requirement for security according to EN1627. Safe 2000 Fixed Grille is especially used for security solutions in industrial halls, back rooms and skylights.
Medium F&P security level - Security level 30.

Mesh size 80 x 80 mm and wire thickness 10 mm.
Fixed Grille Safe 2000 Type 100
Mesh size 100 x 100 mm and wire thickness 10 mm.
Fixed Grille Safe 2000 Type 140
Mesh size 140 x 140 mm and wire thickness 10 mm.

Simple and economical protection
The fixed grille is particularly good for securing warehouses, industrial halls and other spaces where people don't spend a lot of time. It is also suitable for securing skylights, where the grille itself and the materials used to secure it can be designed precisely for the part of the building where the grille is to be installed.
RAL painted or electro-galvanized
Safe 2000 Fixed Grille comes standard with a RAL painted surface - white or black, other colors are available at an extra charge. Smaller grilles can also be supplied with an electro-galvanized surface, max. dimensions 1300x2000 mm.
For external installation, always use hot-dip galvanized grilles.

Frames are fully welded in corner joints, in addition, ends of steel bars are welded inside the U-profile. For green, blue and red classes, bar steel is welded at all intersections.

The grille is locked with padlocks 1 on each side. For solutions where it is possible to work the padlock through the mesh, the padlock must be of the same security class as the mesh.

Grilles come standard with a RAL painted surface - color white or black, other colors are available at an additional cost. Smaller grilles can also be supplied with an electro-galvanized surface at a reduced price, max. dimensions 1300x2000 mm. For external installation, hot-dip galvanized grilles must always be used.

- Cut-out for handles, with continuous welded strap in the cut-out.
- Safety angles for niche installation where hooks/eyelets can be attacked are always used with RED fuse (type 80).
- Flange with eye for attachment to aluminium/plastic.
- Curved top edge, always made according to drawing or template.
- Design for emergency opening, install grille as rescue opening - without locking with locks.
- Adjustable hooks/eyelets, always used in conjunction with safety angles.
