Fire shutter Fire 5000 Type RGC EI2 60
Fire shutter Fire 5000 is an excellent fire protection for closing or dividing larger spaces. Partly thanks to its high fire resistance of 60 minutes (in accordance with EI (1) and EW criteria). Based on two-sided testing according to the European standard EN 1634-1, this door is highly suitable for situations where high fire resistance is required and in situations where environmentally hazardous substances are stored, so-called PGS areas.
Classified according to EN 13501-2 at EI (1) 60 and EW 60 minutes.
CE marked in accordance with EN 13241 and also EN 16034.

The 400V motors are equipped with a 24V emergency motor. In normal use, the blind opens and closes with the 400V motor and the emergency motor (dead man's function).
In an emergency, the emergency motor will close the blind automatically with power from the batteries in the control panel. The fire blind should only be used indoors and should be run a maximum of 5 times a day.
We recommend an annual inspection or after 500 runs and a monthly test of the emergency system. Batteries should be changed every two years.

Blinds are always installed as surface-mounted blinds. It is assumed that there is a solid and suitable building component as a fastening base from the reveal and 220 mm in on both sides and throughout the entire height of the blind.
