Safe 4000 Type 60 safety shutter
Type 60 is a sliding shutter with many design options. This sliding shutter is made with a 60 mm frame construction and is available with expanded metal, perforated sheet, wood or aluminum slats. Available with manual or motorized operation.
Can also be used indoors.

The frame profile is a 60x60mm system profile in aluminum or galvanized steel.
Screen cloth or expanded metal
If you choose a screen fabric as a filling, you get a view through the fabric and shield up to 80% of sunlight.
Expanded metal offers many options for solar shading with good airflow. The shading effect varies depending on the angle of the sun in the sky, but can shade up to 100%.
Aluminium slats or wooden slats
Slats in the shutters reflect or absorb the sun's rays so that the heat doesn't reach the glass and heat up the room. With slats in the shutters, you also have the option to control the amount of light by adjusting the distance between the slats.
Perforated sheets or glass
Sliding frames can also be made with other types of infills such as perforated sheets and silk-screened glass.

The slide is made of extruded aluminum with the option of concealed mounting and an integrated motor.

The bottom rail is extruded aluminum and is available as a T-profile or L-profile.
Bottom rail guide bracket with built-in brush profile for silent operation and prevents "rattling" noises when exposed to wind.

The inlaid slats/fill can be supplied in several different material types such as

For frame widths or heights above 1200 mm, an internal stiffening profile is installed to ensure correct stretching Fabric.

All visible aluminum parts are powder coated RAL 9010 as standard.
All RAL colors are available.
For smaller orders, a color surcharge may apply for colors other than those listed.

The system is delivered motorized with a 230V motor either as cable-controlled or remote-controlled. The power of the motor is adapted to the size and location of the individual product.
Motorization can be supplemented with solar and wind automation for automatic operation.

The installation can be wall-mounted or ceiling-mounted.
