Safe 4000 Type 40 safety shutter
Type 40 is made with a 40 mm frame construction and comes with a screen fabric. The frame profile is hidden by the screen fabric, making the frame completely invisible. Available with manual or motorized operation.
Can also be used indoors.

The frame profile is a 40x18mm system profile with a guide groove for screen cloth installation. Available in aluminum or galvanized steel.
Screen cloth
Screen cloth is available in polyester or fiberglass wire coated with PVC.
G-factor and solar transmittance can be found on the data sheets of individual dew products.
Typically, solar heat is reduced by around 80%.
The system is also available with awning fabric, interior fabric and blackout fabric.
Smart motorized operation
By purchasing motorized operation, it makes it incredibly easy for you to operate your sliding shutters. The motorized shutter has a very low noise level, is maintenance-free and space-saving. The shutter is individually controlled in all positions and can be connected to app control with a Somfy Tahoma Switch control box.

The frame profile is a 60x60mm system profile in aluminum or galvanized steel.

The slide is made of extruded aluminum with the option of concealed mounting and an integrated motor.

The bottom rail is extruded aluminum and is available as a T-profile or L-profile.
Bottom rail guide bracket with built-in brush profile for silent operation and prevents "rattling" noises when exposed to wind.

For frame widths or heights above 1200 mm, an internal stiffening profile is installed to ensure correct stretching Fabric.

All visible aluminum parts are powder coated RAL 9010 as standard.

The system is delivered motorized with a 230V motor either as cable-controlled or remote-controlled. The power of the motor is adapted to the size and location of the individual product.
Motorization can be supplemented with solar and wind automation for automatic operation.
