Certificates and documentation on all solutions

Unlike fire protection, there are no regulatory requirements for intruder protection. Therefore, it is voluntary for suppliers to seek independent certification and production control of their intrusion security products. Not all suppliers choose to do this.

To assure you as a customer that the supplier lives up to their promises, it is important that the manufacturer can provide certificates from independent testing institutes.

Professional security is certified according to the EN1627-30 standard, which includes security classes RC3 to RC6.

Our range of professional security solutions, Safe Pro, is certified in accordance with EN1627-30. We offer complete solutions within security classes RC3 to RC5. All our professional solutions are registered on the F&P Security Guide and come with a certificate awarded by Dancert as an independent third-party certification body that guarantees credibility and security.

Each Safe Pro solution comes with a comprehensive installation declaration with dimensioned fastenings that document correct installation in accordance with the current protection classes.

All Safe Pro solutions are designed and developed by Alux, tested by the Danish Technological Institute and certified by Dancert.


EU standard EN1627-30

The EN1627-30 standard is a professional and certified mechanical Mechanical security designed for the most demanding security levels.

The standard defines requirements and test methods for burglar-resistant doors, windows and shutters and includes security classes RC1 to RC6, which indicate different levels of resistance to burglary.

The EN1627-30 standard has replaced the previous SKAFOR safety classes Green, Yellow, Blue & Red as it has more extensive testing and certification requirements. For example, the lowest safety class RC2 in EN1627-30 requires that security products can withstand pressure, tension and jacking from 300 kg, which is far more demanding than the highest class in the SKAFOR standards.

RC2 test requirements
Hydraulic tension, compression and compression of 300 kg.
Swing pendulum: 50kg - drop height 450 mm.
Break-in time with light tools: 3 min.

RC3 test requirements
Hydraulic drive, pressurization of 600 kg.
Swing pendulum: 50kg - drop height 750 mm.
Break-in time with standard tools: 5 min.

RC4 test requirements
Hydraulic drive, pressurization of 1000 kg.
Swing pendulum: Not tested. Test is not demanding enough.
Break-in time with more powerful tools: 10 min.

RC5 test requirements
Hydraulic pull, pressurized jacking up to 1500 kg.
Swing pendulum: Not tested. Test is not demanding enough.
Break-in time with heavy-duty power tools: 15 min.

RC6 test requirements
Hydraulic pull, pressurized jacking up to 1500 kg.
Swing pendulum: Not tested. Test is not demanding enough.
Break-in time with very powerful power tool: 20 min.
