Roller Shutter Safe Pro RC4 is a very strong security system with extruded aluminum profiles. The shutter has closed profiles that block out views and airflow. Roller Shutter Safe Pro RC4 Roller Shutter is designed for a very demanding security level and is particularly suitable for museums, airports, jewelry stores and other applications with very high security requirements.

RC4 with heavy-duty and reinforced construction
We are one of the only companies in Denmark certified to manufacture, deliver and install Roller Shutter in RC4 up to 6000 mm in width. This means that we are able to secure larger openings with one large louvre, compared to previously where openings had to be divided into several units. It's both simpler and cheaper, and security is top notch.
RC4 test with 1000 kg pressure
The RC4 test consists of a hydraulic pressure test with a pressure of 1000 kg and manual break-in tests with a minimum break-in time of 10 minutes. In other words, it is a Roller Shutter with unique security and far stronger than the old standard F&P security class Red.

Venetian blind mat in extruded aluminum profiles 2.0 mm thick.
Maximum blind targets
Width: 6000 mm.

Extruded aluminum profiles with noise reduction inserts and Teflon wear parts at the top.

The blind mat, guide rails and other aluminum parts have a natural anodized surface as standard.
All parts can be powder coated in any RAL color at an additional cost.

Note: For large heavy grilles and special solutions, other types of motors or control options may be available.

Standard with key switch without impulse signal. With impulse signal, the product must always be equipped with a security package. Remote control, connection to ABA systems, CTS systems, etc. can be added at an extra cost.

- Functional testing of engine, steering and safety equipment.

- Tightening of moving parts.
- Checking the self-locking effect.
- Inspect guide rails and lubricate bearings if necessary.
Operation and maintenance should be performed min. once a year for products without automation. For products with automation (impulse signal), annual inspection is required by law and must be performed by a certified service company.

We recommend purchasing a tailored service agreement to ensure that operation and maintenance is carried out. This reduces the risk of downtime and extends the lifetime of the product.
