Rolling Grille Safe 4000 Type 60,120, 180 & 180/100
Safe 4000 Rolling Grille is an open and good protection with extruded aluminum profiles, which can be supplied with several mesh sizes, Type 60, 120, 180 & 180/100, as the grille is constructed with longitudinal assembly profiles and vertical loose slats. Safe 4000 Type 180/100 can be supplied according to EN 1627-30 RC2.

Create a unique design
All Safe 4000 roller grille types are supplied in natural anodized aluminum as standard, but can of course be powder coated in any RAL color.

Width up to 7.5 meters
Types 60, 120 and 180 are all available in maximum sizes up to 7500 mm in width and 4500 mm in height.
Type 180/100 can be supplied according to EN1627-30 RC2 in maximum sizes up to 2500 mm width and 3200 mm height.
A combined security solution

The grid mat, guide rails and other aluminum parts are standard with a natural anodized surface.

Standard is a built-in 230V tube motor.
Note: For large heavy grilles and special solutions, other types of motors or control options may be available.

- Functional testing of engine, steering and safety equipment.

- Inspect guide rails and lubricate bearings if necessary.
Operation and maintenance should be performed min. once a year for products without automation. For products with automation (impulse signal), annual inspections are required by law and must be performed by a certified service company.

We recommend purchasing a tailored service agreement to ensure that operation and maintenance is carried out. This reduces the risk of downtime and extends the lifetime of the product.
