A heat-insulating fire protection that reduces heat radiation to a minimum. The temperature on the surface of the fire curtain can be kept lower than 140° for a minimum of 30 minutes. The compact and solid design of the fire curtain can be easily integrated into both ceilings and frames.
Tested EI2 60-C2 & EI2 120-C2 and classified according to EN 13501-2.

Discreet and efficient fire curtains for North Island
We have delivered 21 Ei 60 fire curtains and 2 fire blinds to the hotel. The fire curtains consist of 2 steel side rails and a polyester fabric with different layers of material. Compact design with maximum security
In addition to its high protection class, Fire 5000 offers great flexibility for installation. In addition to the familiar wall mounting, it can also be mounted in the cover.
The sizes of the inlet box range between 250 x 250 and 475 x 500 mm.
The guide rails for wall and cover mounting have a dimension of 120 x 80 mm, from curtain dimensions (W x H) 6000 x 2000 mm: 140 x 80 mm.
Multi-layered silicone-coated Fabric with insulating material
The advantage of Fire 5000 is the multilayer silicone-coated Fabric with insulating material. It has been tested for more than 10,000 cycles (C2) and meets all requirements to be a fire barrier. With this insulation feature, the system can be used in any type of escape route or to separate fire zones.
Winding is done by a 230 V AC internal tube motor or, depending on size, with a 400 V AC external motor. To keep the curtain on top, the motor has an internal magnet with connected certified control panel RZ-24.
Fire 5000 is approved to EI 60 and EI 120 as well as sealed Sa and smoke resistant S200 and CE certified according to EN 16034 - after installation, the system receives the CE mark and declaration of performance
